When you log into Netflix, the first thing that happens is that your PS3 has to log into the PS3 network. If you have changed that password, or do not have it saved, you will be prompted to enter a user name (email address) and a password. This screen does not have any indicator that explains what you`re logging into, and has become confused with other interfaces, such as Netflix. Make sure that this is not the screen that you`re logging into. Basically you could be confused as to what you are logging into, and providing a Netflix user/pass, where you should be giving a PS3 network user/pass. Hope this helps others.
