If you want my oppinion, I would say the Sony PSP has better graphics. Keep in mind that the PSP portable console system is one that has - games - as the main objective in mind, and other features as secondary ones (Internet access, music, video etc. ) while the Apple Ipod Touch is more of an MP3 player than a game console.
