well, i have a playstation 3 slim, nintendo wii and that is it. i want to buy a handheld system because i have never had a handheld system. i like the nintendo dsi because it has good games like super mario 64 and zelda: spirit tracks. i do not like the nintendo dsi because i have previously had some nintendo dsi's. let me explain! well, i got the nintendo dsi on launch day and since it was my first handheld, i was not sure if the nintendo dsi had a problem. so, since the store i got it from can return, i returned it there and exchanged it with another one. the other one had a scratch once i bought it and on black friday i got a metallic blue nintendo dsi and i have experienced that the first five minutes are fun and the next year it is not. but, now i want a nintendo dsi because all my friends have it and i have found some amazing games to play with. also, i do not travel a lot so i need a system that can keep me entertained at home with my nintendo wii and playstation 3 slim. now, the psp go! i like the psp go because it is a new system and i actually am happy that they went digital and said that you can only download content and no umd anymore. but, i do not want to buy the psp go because it has almost the same games that i have for the playstation 3. the nintendo dsi has more exclusive games than the psp. here is a list of games that i like on each system. ( the games are not in the order that i would like them to be) psp go games 1. secret agent clank 2. jak and daxter: the lost frontier 3. assassins creed: bloodlines 4. gran turismo 5. nba 10 the inside 6. motor storm: arctic edge nintendo dsi games 1. super mario 64 2. mario kart ds 3. mario party ds 4. zelda: spirit tracks as you know, almost every game on the psp go is available on the playstation 3. but, that does not really matter because i have decided that if i buy the psp go, then i will buy all the games that are available on the playstation 3 and psp go because they will be cheaper on the psp go. the playstation 3 exclusives i will buy for playstation 3. the nintendo ds games are very good and that almost not one is on the nintendo wii. now, to the ipod touch! i like the ipod touch because it is the same thing as the iphone and has very fun apps, games, and a lot more. but, one thing that dissapoints me is that the psp go games and nintendo dsi games are much better. so, i need help and which two do you think i should buy?

Sounds like your getting one of these for the games. And if thats the case, I would say you should get a DSi. The library of games for the DS is way better than the PSP. Of course, thats my opinion... a lot of the games you find on the PSP are of similar style to the stuff you can find the PS3, which you said you have. The DS has unique games and a wide variety of them too. The iPod touch is neat and the apps are pretty cheap compared to DS and PSP games, but they're also much simpler games, kinda like minigames that you find on the internet. Anyway, I would suggest the DS.

i am currently a playstation 3 slim and a nintendo wii owner. i do not have any other systems from this generation, which means i do not have a psp 1000, psp 2000. if i do buy a psp this will be my first psp. everything that i have chosen from this list i have never have had before. so, anyway, i have the money to pay the monthly fees for the iphone because the iphone is one of the best devices out there. if i buy the ipad, what i am afraid of is that it will be the same thing as teh iphone but with a 10.3 inch screen. i currently have my own computer and it is very fast. so, if i buy the ipad i will not take it anywhere at all. i will buy the dock and the keyboard and will not take it anywhere i go. i understand that the ipad is the cheapest mac ever made because it is touch screen and only costs $499.99. but, i am not willing to pay $499.99 for teh same exact thing. plus, i am very dissapointed that apple did not make a mouse for the ipad which is one of the biggest reasons why i do not want to buy it, because why would i need a keyboard if i do not have a mouse. so, the ipad has a lot of things that i like and some things that i do not like. also, if i buy the ipad, i will buy the wi-fi version. anyway, enough about teh ipad, the nintendo dsi xl is amazing with a huge screen (93% larger than the nintendo ds lite) again, i do not have any nintendo ds systems, so this will be my first!!!!! i want to buy teh nintendo dsi xl because it has good games. but, the problem is that i heard that nintendo will release a "nintendo 3ds" which will replace the nintendo ds lite, nintendo dsi, and nintendo dsi xl. so, if i buy the nintendo dsi xl now, it is going to be replaced next year. one reason why i want to buy teh psp go is because it is a new portable gaming system that came out on october 1st 2009. the psp 3000 came out in 2008, but there was really no difference, between that and the psp 2000, or psp 1000. so, i consider the psp 3000 to be very old, so it is almost five years old. all the games that i wanted on umd, are available on the playstation store, but the problem is that if i do not like the game that i purchase, i cannot return it, so it will be like paying $39.99 for waste. also, my dad told me that you know how the nintendo dsi came out and then sony came out with the psp go, well, when the nintendo 3ds comes out, sony will come out with a new one to compete with the 3ds. the xbox 360 elite is awesome, but the problem is that i already have a ps3 and most of teh games on the xbox are on the playstation 3. the xbox 360 is very old and has been out since 2005, so i am afraid that xbox will come out with a new xbox from now until a year or two. so, i am not sure, but i heard that they might make a slimmer version to be sold with project natal, but that does not count as a new system. also, pricing is not a matter, i do not care how much the thing costs. who ever adds most detail and tells me why i should get that specific thing, then i promise to give you 5 stars with 10 points, if you do not give a lot of information, then you will not be chosen as the best answer.

I'd say to hold off on everything but the iPhone. Your going to spend alot of time on the iPhone and the cash that you would spend on getting a PSP or DS can go toward getting some incredible apps and games on iTunes. You have a PS3 already so you have the best gaming console on the market. Natal is going to be a joke just like every peripheral xbox has come out with so far. Plus you know it's going to take a lot of time to tweak it and work out the bugs. Seriously it took 8 month's to get netflix party system that was promised day one, another 11 month's to get 1 vs 100 which was promised on day one and still 2 years later people still get dropped from party chat. So take it with a grain of salt when microsoft hypes up anything. If you have the extra cash then picking up a 360 isn't a terrible idea. There's a few solid IP's on it like Mass Effect, Gears of War and the Fable franchise. Since your a PS3 owner I don't need to tell you that the games will look the exact same. However some will look better on the PS3 because of a little thing Xbox owners know little about called "True 1080p" which you can't get on xbox360. So if you see a game on both systems look at the setup info on the back. Because 50% of the time the same resolution will be on both but the other 50% the PS3 title with have the best available resolution. Right now it' a tough call. Two years ago I would have said by a 360 hands down. But right now Microsoft has put all their eggs into natal an have lost focus of creating solid exclusives with Halo Reach and Fable 3 being the only well backed exclusives. We're at the point where the exclusive game has changed. This year Sony has 26 and counting exclusives slated by Nov. and Microsoft only has 8. So you'd really only be buying a 360 for one of those 8 games since you can get the rest and more on your existing console. As for the DS and PSP. Your dad is 100% right in his common sense. With the failure (epic) of the PSPgo and the announcement of the 3DS it's going to be a busy year for portable gaming systems. It's still underground but Sony has announced some improvements for the next system. One of which is a touch screen and accelerometer just like the iPhone. But, Nintendo has slated this new DS for the 4th quarter. Which to tell you from someone that's been in the industry awhile. It's BS... The technology that will be implemented in the 3DS isn't even complete. Unless there's some serious hustle going on further behind the scene's then it's going to be a long shot we'll see it sometime this year. Possibly 2nd quarter of 2011. So my answer for you would be to get the iPhone spend a little time with it as far as games, music, movies, apps. There's a lot going on and it will definitely occupy your time and need for something new and cool. If after that you decide you still want a little more of a straight lined prtable gaming system then check out your local retailer. Look at all the NDS games and PSP games. See which one has a better selection that suites you. Then base your decision from that. If you go PSP then don't buy the PSPgo, buy the 3000. If you lean more toward the NDS then get the NDSxl because it's going to be at least a year before the 3DS or new PSP will be out. Hope it helps and have fun with your new toys. Oh, almost forgot. As far as the iPad goes your going to want to wait. The first run will only have wi-fi and the second run will have 3g for only a $17 a month fee. Which is friggin awesome for anyone who pays for roaming net as it is. Also the first run has no USB, webcam or ability to multi-task. The second run will have all of these. Talk to anyon who has ever purchased he first run of anything Apple will tell you how mad they were 6 month's later when he next gen model came out with twice the features at half the price. So hold off on the iPad for now and you won't regret it in the future.

1) XBOX 360 = Seeing how you already got 2/3 next gen system..why not go for the 3rd one to complete the set? It's not only that, but there are some exclusive games that i would love to play on the Xbox, especially their xbox arcade games. Also, in the future, project natal is coming to the xbox which i think will revolutionize gaming to a whole new level. Given, that the playstation is also coming out with its own motion device, called the Playstation Move, i think Project Natal is better in terms of using the motion control at its fullest. 2) Iphone 3gs = I was debating between this and the Ipad considering you don't have either. Honestly, the iphone is a great device and it's a lot cheaper than the Ipad. In my opinion, i think the IPAD is just a gigantic iphone except that it cant make calls. Granted, that in the future, the IPAD will come out with updates to make it more versatile, but honestly, with that price, you can buy a laptop. Also, google is coming out with its own version of the IPAD and it seems to have more capabilities than the IPAD. Honestly, i like both, but for the best bang for your buck...i say go for the IPHONE 3GS. 3) Nintendo DSi = I own a PSP 3000 and honestly...i barely touched my PSP. I also enjoy DS games a lot better than the PSP ones. But it depends on the kind of game genre you enjoy. I like the PSP games because it has some "adult" games like FF and other RPG style games, but DS is just fun and a lot cheaper. But, if you have not heard, nintendo is coming out with a new handheld system called the NINTENDO 3DS. So, if you really must need a portable handheld gaming system, then go for the DSi, or wait for the 3DS. Alternatively, you can get the PSP 3000, and wait for the 3DS when it comes out. Extra notes: A big reason why i chose these 3 items is that they are capable of pirating games and movies. Although, you might not support piracy, but I'm just letting you know.

1. You'll be fine with just the PS3 for now. 2. Get an Android OS phone, such as the HTC Evo 4G that will be out this summer. Read this Engadget article on it, they cover it well. http://www.engadget.com/2010/03/23/htc-evo-4g-is-sprints-android-powered-knight-in-superphone-armo/ 3. For a PMP, you should go with a Zune HD. Since you can just keep putting 32 GB cards into the HTC Evo, you might not even need a PMP; so wait until the Zune HD 2 is released with the Tegra 2 chip. I have a Zune HD now and it's great. Also about the phone, Qualcomm expects dual core, 1.5 Ghz Snapdragon powered phones to be on the market by the end of this year. So you might want to hold out. The iPhone HD is also supposed to be released this year, and the ARM processor may be dual core. Just wait it out a few months. Last but not least, you're better off buying a full blown gaming desktop than the top priced iPad. Or at least buy a nice laptop. Here's something to think about concerning the iPad. i am a current ps3 slim and nintendo wii owner. i have never had any of these systems before which is the reason why i want to pick the best three as possible. so, i never had an ipad (because it came out today) never had an iphone, never had a nintendo ds, never had any kind of psp, and never had any xbox 360 before ever. so, if everybody who answers this question reads this, i would really appreciate it. okay, lets start off with the apple ipad. i want the apple ipad because it is new and just came out today. everybody wants an ipad if they do not have one, and it is the most poular thing out there right now, and it has a 10.3 inch screen display. now, i really think that the ipad might have some bugs in it since it just came out, but i think that apple takes care of the viruses and bugs because they are one of the best companies out there. but, i really like the iphone because this will be my first phone and my parents had approved on it which took a very long time to do. the iphone has games, music, apps. and a lot more. so, if i buy the ipad and the iphone i think that it would be very stupid of me to do that because the ipad is the same exact thing as the iphone accept it has a larger screen. plus, i already have a pc. anyway, the nintendo dsi xl is amazing with a 93% larger screens than the nintendo ds lite. but, what stinks is that a few days before the nintendo dsi xl came out nintendo announced that they will release the nintendo 3ds sometime between now and march 31st 2011. so, it could be released in a year. plus, i heard that it will replace the whole nintendo ds series, even the nintendo dsi xl. my parents are convinced to let me buy the nintendo dsi xl right now, and then buy teh nintendo 3ds in a year because i am buying everything from my money. so, should i buy the nintendo dsi xl and the nintendo 3ds or just the nintendo dsi xl because the nintendo 3ds might not be amazing, or should i wait and buy the nintendo 3ds? now, to the psp series. i like the psp 3000 because it has a large 4.3 inch screen. but, the problem is that sony mught discontinue the psp 3000 because it is getting very old and the lifespan is almost over. so, if any of you say that not all of the umd games are on the playstation network for you to download for the psp go, well you would be wrong because every single game that i like on umd is available on playstation network, so that should not be a big problem, also pricing is not an issue at all. but, here comes the problem, my dad told me that since the nintendo 3ds is coming out, sony might come out with a newer version of the psp to compete with the nintendo 3ds, because when nintendo released the nintendo dsi, they released the psp go six months after, to compete. also, yesterday tehre was some news that sony might come out with a new psp because some guy said it by accident, and they might announce it at e3 2010. so, i have talked enough about the psp so lets go to the xbox 360 eltie. i am a huge fan of the halo series, fable series, and a huge fan of xbox live. but, you know how the xbox was released in 2005, and the elite came out in 2007, well the elite was the same thing as the xbox 360 pro, but they were black and had 120gb. so, litterly the xbox 360 came out in 2005. but, since it is the oldest console in this generation, i am afraid that xbox might come out with a new system maybe in 2011, or 2012. also because they make a price drop every year and now they are $299.99 and if next year they are $199.99 then they are too cheap and the company would have to make a new system. but, do they have to make a price drop? or can they just keep it at $299.99 and then when project natal make it $399.99, so will they keep it expensive or decrease the price and come out with a new xbox. because in 2004 i got a playstation 2 slim and i thought that it was too old, but then people said that it wasn't then two years later the ps3 came out and i was sony dissapointed that i wasn't able to get the ps3 because i wasted my money on the ps2 and my parents didn't let me, but now i got the ps3 slim on black friday so it was not a huge problem, but will xbox come out with a new system because i do not want to miss out on the new one. and should i just be happy with what i have and not buy teh xbox 360 elite. anyway, thank you for those who read this all. ohhh, just remembered that if i buy teh ipad i will buy the 16gb wi-fi version which is $499.00. who ever explains the most and gives the best detail i will give five stars and ten points, and if you write two sentences you are not going to get the best answer. so, thanks everybody and type a lot!!!

"Well i have got a nintendo ds and xbox 360..."

Well I have got a Nintendo DS and Xbox 360. I got the DS as soon as it came out and thought it was the best thing around at that time. Then I got a Wii, played it for about 3 months, then got bored of it. Now I know why people are selling the Wii's constantly. Around October last year, I bought an Xbox 360 and so far, it is when of the best things I have ever spent £200 on (I got the Elite + 2 new games). I thought this was a fantastic price for what it actually is. The black consle with a 120 GB hard drive, black headset and 1 black controller. I suggest getting the Elite instead of the Arcade because you will get more for your money. Never really been interested in buying the PS3. The HD of the Xbox was too high up for me. The PSP does have a more powerful graphics engine than the DSi, there are a few PSP games that look as good as PS2 titles. Most notably, anything made by Square-Enix is going to look awesome. If you like Square-Enix games, you may want to consider a PSP. They have a quite a list of titles, including Crisis Core, FF Tactics, Star Ocean and future titles like Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, FF Dissidia and Agito XIII. If you don't play those kind of games, there may still be hope. A Resident Evil title was announced for the PSP at E3, and then of course is the upcoming Metal Gear game (Not sure if either of this will only be available on the PSP Go or not, though). Now, on the other hand, there is the DS Lite or DSi. The DS has much more to offer when it comes to their list of titles, over 600 total (though, some aren't available outside of Japan). The PSP only has a fraction of that. There are many fun DS games, including Mario titles (including Mario Bros, Mario Party and Mario Kart), Pokemon, Animal Crossing, Phoenix Wright, Zelda, Kirby, Dragon Quest and Warioware. The DS has a lot of good remakes like Final fantasy 3 and 4, and Chrono Trigger. I'm sure there will be plenty of titles that will hold your interest on the DS, and of course there will be future games too, including Kingdom Hearts and a new Zelda title. The bottom line is that, when it comes to choosing between a system, your taste in games is what's most important. You can't always depend on other people's opinion, because only you know what kind of games you like. Also, both systems sell their games for about the same, but you can always find cheaper games used. Just remember that UMD disks can get dust in the case and are hard to clean. Cartridge games don't have that problem so they are safer to purchase used. Hope that helps.

Personally I like the DSI more, it has good graphics for a handheld system and awesome games. (I recommend getting Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon). But depending on where you buy it the PSP can be 10-20 dollars cheaper.
