The basic difference b/w psp and psp go is that psp go cannot read umd and psp cn read umd.

What CFW version is your PSP and what are you downgrading it to? 3.90 is pretty cool where it is. especially with that XMB Applecor theme (look it up on google it's awesome lol) There isn't really a significant difference. If you download 3.90 m33-2, and then 3.90 m33-3. Look at the "Read me" file. You'll notice that the latest version will have a "fixed" section, where a few (Probably even unnoticeable) bugs had been fixed. But yeah personally there isn't really a biggy smalls here. Personally, I think (and whenever i think, i'm wrong..lol) m33-2's and m33-3's and whatnots are helpful for when you are trying to up/downgrade from an OFW. Going from 3.90 M33 to 3.90 MM3-3 is UPGRADING so yeah. just download that sucker and you got it. But if you ever wanna go back to the regular 3.90 M33 for sum odd reason, you know u need ms.pandora!!! but if you meant to say 3.90 OFW to 3.90 m33-3..i don't really know if that's possibly cuz then it'll say "there is no need to update" or wutever. in that case get 3.95 m33-2/3/4/5/wutever. I really lyk this one cuz it came with that messenger thingy lol

PSP 2 go????? Well, assuming that you meant to say "PSP Go"... Here's the difference between PSP 3000 and the PSP Go: 1) PSP Go has NO UMD DRIVE (Meaning downloads only!!!) 2) PSP Go has Bluetooth 3) PSP Go has 16 Gb (Gigabyte) Internal flash memory 4) PSP Go has un-removable battery 5) PSP Go is 13% lighter 6) PSP Go has smaller screen Other then that, I don't really see any other difference between the 2 portable console. So if you're thinking about buying one of them, then I would recommend that you stick to the PSP 3000 models, since there's no real reason you should spend the extra money on the PSP Go console just because it's newer in stores.

First of all, in order to install 4.01 M33 you need to have custom firmware. If you have official firmware you can not install it without Pandora. With that said, the difference between M33 and M33-2 is just a few bug fixes. You should be able to install directly to M33-2 but if you can't, then just install M33 then update to M33-2.

You need the backlight if you would like to reinstall the lcd screen, the one without the backlight is for modders who have custom things to add like a brightness mod or stuff like that. You should make sure you get one (if you are going to) that has a backlight.
