the little speck-like bugs that come out of your drainage pipe are a new type of bug that I have not been able to find a killer for. They are real, they jump, and they appear to be from the"Flea Family". If anyone knows how to get rid of them, do tell !!!!.

First of all, porcelain must feel very cold at touch. Also acrylic bath tubs are somehow flexible, you can check that when standing in the tub. Acrylic is also easy to scratch while porcelain will look shiny as new if it`s not dirty. You can check also the finish, acrylic looks like plastic. Jack Russel

I found a couple bugs in my bathroom. They were the size and shape of a ladybug, only brown, and they hopped. I do not know what a flea looks like, but could this be one?

For me the best brand of bathtubs is acrylic ones :) Why? Because it is easy to install because it is light. So if you are woman and don`t have men help for you it is the best bathtub . Actually it is good for everyone and it is kind of something new these days .So just go to the shop and see for your self. Judith Foster

In my opinion the fiberglass tubs tend to crack after a few years. I think porcelian is the best as it is very cold in nature but fiberglass is strong and it is using everywhere in the world it depends on you that what type of brand you are using they are the best in my opinion! But they are expensive unless you can find an old one and get it re coated with porcelain , the water keeps warmer for a long time because it absorbs the heat..for a longer time

I have no idea what kind of tub I have. But, it looks like paint on it that has chipped off leaving a duller slightly different shade. I don`t know how to repair this or what to use. The bottom is almost completely chipped off down the center. How can I find out what to do?

No, don`t be paranoid by fleas. The water took them all the way to hell. No need to worry about them jumping up through your sink while getting water for a glass.
