What is the difference between psp go and psp3000? I need an answer with a little detail please. I am a student and I don`t know where to go to find this out.

The Difference between PSP Go and PSP 3000 is that in psp go you have to download the games which means you have to buy them at retail price while the psp 3000 you can buy used games or new games at cheaper prices.Psp 3000 has no built in memory and PSP Go have 16 gb built in flash memory.

Well I'm gonna have to tell you to stick to PSP-2000 if you are planning on modding it and playing iso games for free because PSP- 3000 hasn't been hacked yet so it only works with original games ( Although I read some news about a coming way for hacking the 3000 but it's not for sure) While generally 3000 has a better display brighter and less glaring in day light but still its display is not perfect as it has scanning lines that appear sometimes, a problem which is reported by a lot of 300 users. Go for the psp 2000. The PSP 3000 only has a mic. and increased screen capabilities, but i have read and seen that the 3000 PSP's are encountering many problems with their screens (specifically there are blacking out screens and "wavy" line screens). Also, with the PSP 3000 there is not a way YET that you can get custom firmware. Custom firmware is something that allows you to download any PSP game, SNES game, N64 game, and just about any game for any system. With custom firmware you can even get a "maps" application for free. Overall, the PSP 2000 is better then the 1000 because of graphics and weight, while it is better then the 3000 because of the custom firmware, no screen problem encounters, and price.
