Yes you can get kill streaks for the 2nd player on Black Ops. Just sign in under your Play Station network name. You can play Private or Online. Player 2 can select and save their own class and kill streak preferences. Just figured this out and it`s Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
