When you say spilt, do you mean like you spilled something on it? If you do mean that, then I would say that just to be completely and utterly sure in all ways, wait for like, 4 or 5 months. Because it could easily short circuit, start sparking and then light something on fire, causing a house fire, which, unless your emo is a bad thing. If you don`t want to wait that long just like almost anybody else, go to your local Apple Store and try to see if they can help fix the problem.

If it is a little spill it will be enough with one day or less but of course you son`t want to risk it so better wait all day and put computer somewhere warm so in that way it will be dry and safe faster.
