There`s a lot of not-normally-carniverous bugs which would love to feast on a human body, or make a nice little home out of it until it began to rot. As we breathe, however, the air and generally our movements scare them. Just like spiders, they dislike the fact we breathe- we resemble a predator this way.

I am not sure if i would called it infest,but fleas can live on a human.mainly in there hair on the head ware they are warm,or you may find them on or in a piece of clothing you are waring.But when fleas jump onto your body you well feel there pinch bite,you well no if they are on your body if you are getting bit.If you have a lot of fleas in your home and are worried about yourself having fleas,washing your hair everyday will kill them if they are living in your hair/head.Taking a bath rather then a shower will provide you with proof to rather you have fleas or a flea on you,as when you are finished washing yourself you will find them dead floating in your bath water.

This could be ticks,fleas or lice.These are very common bugs that crawl in/on people`s bodies.

OR! it could just be like a hallucination or something like that in the physical sense, this question isn`t really the type of question you ask here anyway =D

Is it like a beetle? If so it`s a Tick, which can carry fatal disease and will hurt your dog.
