Hi Maria At the moment there are about 211 applications and games that you can install on your DSi . You can view all of them here: http://www.nintendo.com/games/guide#qplay=dsiware&panel=qplay Some specific applications available for the DSi are a Mario Calculator, Flipnote Studio which you can use to create animations, and myNotebook which you can use to make lists, take notes or just make some doodles.

okay, so theres only 10 pages in the shopping channel, and only 2 apps on each page, and lets say i wanted birds and beans, how would i get to it? becausenits not on the ten pages anymore? how would i get more pages to look at?

I couldn't find a specific DSi guide but this looks like a starting point for creating games for the original DS. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_DS_homebrew Given how these things work I suspect you'll find links to forums/tools for the DSi when they are ready

i want to know if i can play the games and apps on facebook on the new dsi xl. i know i need an internet connection, but is the game compatible to the point you can tend your farms and fish and whatever.
