You need to downgrade your PSP's firmware and install custom firmware. This is basically a software adjustment. However, if you bought the recent PSP-3000 model (newest Slim model), then you cannot downgrade as of now.

The books are WinRAR icons. If it is an ISO, put them in your Memory Stick(X:\)>ISO Then go to game and select the game. If it is a rar, unzip them. If your PSP is in official firmware, then you can not play these games.

To run Iso's and other downloaded games, you have to have 1.5 firmware (the original, just out of the box) or a custom firmware. I made the mistake of upgrading my PSP all the way to SONY's official 3.50 firmware, then, luckily for me, someone figured out how to downgrade that FW with the game Lumines. Now I have a custom firmware (3.52 M33-4), which is so much better than the garbage that SONY allows you to upgrade to. You should search the internet for a way to downgrade your PSP. I don't know if anyone has figured out how to downgrade 3.70 firmware, but they might have. Just search until you manage to find out how, then GET CUSTOM FIRMWARE!!!!!!

Ok, first you have to downgrade your firmware to 1.5, then upgrade it to a custom firmware of your choice. to do this go to psp-hacks.com and search for 3.60 downgrader. Then download a custom firmware from their site and read the tutorials that come with it. It will tell you everything you need to know. once your psp is custom, you will need to put your iso's on your memory stick under F:/ISO or whatever drive letter yours comes up as. You need a USB cable to hook your PSP up to your computer and do this. Hope this helps.
