ps3 has better graphics as compared to xbox 360, specially if you talk about final fantasy 13. And besides, final fantasy belongs to sony consoles, do does ps3. So the best option you have is going for a ps3.

i have decided to purchase some playstation one games on playstation network, but can't decided if i want to play on my psp or ps3, since i have both. does the graphic looks any better on ps3 compare to psp? which do you recommend. thanks

Nope. Not any better graphics. But the real question is, do you want to play them on the go? If so use the PSP. If you do not care, use the PS3, because the controller is mapped out more accurate(Not a port). Personally though I play them on my PSP, because a lot of the PSP games are not very good, and it gives me something to do while I am away from my PS3. Ok, the thing is though, Just say you have..uh....Metal Gear Solid. If you Play it and progress, you can transfer the save to your PS3(Make a copie actually) and resume there. It is up to you. You'd prolly be well off playin on your PS3, and then if you are ganna go somewhere, copie the save data and the game(If you haven't already) onto your PSP. This will answer all your questions. If your looking for graphics, then go ps3. there games run on blue ray which has a higher capacity then dvd's, so there is less compression resulting in higher graphics. plus the ps3's has yet to use all there graphic adapters while the 360 has. the capabities are much higher than 360, the only problem is multi platform developers don't use it to often. (uncharted 2 did, and look how awesome it is) with the new games for ps3, like uncharted, infamous, resistance, little big planet, god of war 3, metal gear solid , Buzz, Demon Souls, and heavenly sword. There the hottest on the market and Microsoft can't compete. the 360's halo and gears etc. are dying compared to these games. Only thing that stands a chance from Microsoft is left for dead 2. And for the features the ps3 wins hands down. it has what the 360 doesn't including, internet browser ( check email, youtube, etc.) blue ray, motion sensing, other os, comes with wifi built in , controller that comes with a charger, live tv for free, free online (psn), doesn't break and if it somehow does you can just use the recovery console which is built in to fix it, last longer, sync to sony products, Bluetooth support, controller never cuts off like it does on the 360, etc. basically every thing the 360, has the ps3 has and more.

i got a ipod touch 2g and am considering getting a psp (it would be free :p) i was just wondering, what the graphic comparison between them is? what do you rate the graphics for games on both devices. are psp's alot better? --------------------------------------------- also, whats better to get, a xbox 360 or ps3? i focus on online multiplayer mostly.

Was the guy above me JOKING?! Holy hell! PSP! It's a game system. I own a 3000 version, and let me tell you, I HATE it when people say the Ipod beats the psp. ITS A FREAKING IPOD. Not a portable game system. And if the psp is free, get it! Since it's free, I'm assuming you're a member of Lockerz, or Swagbucks? I'm a Lockerz person myself. But, back to the point. The psp has MUCH better graphics. I purchased from the Playstation network on my psp a little game called "Hero of Sparta" Which was more or less a tiny God of War ripoff originally developed for the Ipod touch. And let me tell you, they ported it right over to the psp and the graphics SUCKED. Like, n64 graphics. And then, turns out my friend bought it for his Ipod touch. I tried it. The graphics were WORSE on the touch. Its own native system! Believe me, the PSP is, and always will be the greatest portable gaming device. The Ipod is a multimedia music player. Don't confuse them.

Q. Nintendo ds vs psp - rpg wise?
hi. i'm planning on buying one of these systems, but i can't make up my mind. i feel the psp is stronger graphic wise, but i basically play rpg games - and it seems like the ds has a lot more rpgs... i've checked the lists of games available and, while the psp will have kingdom hearts: birth by sleep and has advent children, the other rpgs available are just portable versions of ps1 games (i have the ps1 and ps2, so i have all rpgs for both consoles, rendering the psp versions sorta useless for me). the ds, on the other hand, has a lot of rpgs coming out, as well as a harvest moon (i love harvest moon, what can i say... although the psp has an harvest moon, it's a boring one...), as well as kingdom hearts: 358/2 days. i'm really confused on which to buy - and no, i'm not getting both. i'm planning on getting the ps3 later. the psp seems like a good media player, but i never watch portable videos and i have an ipod to listen to mp3. the ds seems like the right choice... you think so? graphic wise, is it too diferent? i mean, will i look at the psp and see amazing graphics and then look at the ds and see chunky characters?! also, what do both consoles do besides games? doesn't the psp have a lot of more options?

Well they both have a wide range of RPGs. The PSP screen is looks just amazing, but the DS has the touch screen. I have both and I tend to play more DS RPGs. You should consider modding as a factor too. If you mod your PSP (which just takes a hour or 2 of internet research and a USB cable) you can load any PS1 game on the PSP and that alone expands the RPG library considerably.

Q. Assassins creed 2: for which console?
i have ps3 and xbox 360! so, ac2 will be around 70€ for ps3 for xbox 360 it will be much cheaper. but in ps3 version you will be able to unlock some new weapons, after you finish assassins creed: bloodlines for psp (i do have psp). i guess that graphic, sound and controls are going to be a little bit better in ps3 version. so should i get it for xbox 360 or ps3? and if you choose ps3 version: should i get - normal edition (normal game) - 70€ - white edition (normal game + 1 bonus mission + assassin figure + ...) - more than 70€ - black edition (normal game + 3 bonus mission + black assassin figure +...) - costs more than white edition and lol! i won`t buy it all!

My friends and me are getting the black edition but if you were saving money i would probably rent it for a week and finish the game in that period. Cause if you went and brought it and you don't finish it in a week (can't refund it bak to ebgames) what's the point of keeping it if there's no more stuff to do beside replaying it. There's no multiplayer feature so that's a down side and if you do rent it you could use the other money to buy another game such as COD Modern warfare 2 =P !!!!!!!!!!!!

Q. Any suggestions for rpgs?
i have the kingdom hearts games, and i love them. the story plot of kh2 and what i've gotten to so far of 358/2 days is great. i also have ff7: crisis core. i absolutely love square enix's graphics for these games (as well as the ff7:ac movie). graphics and storyplot are mainly what draws me to games (i'm somewhat graphic picky after seeing how great the graphics of these games are). does anyone have suggestions for a game that's near (if not as) good as these are (away from the kh and ff series)? psp, ps2, ps3, wii, or (if possible to have a game with awesome graphics like kh 358/2 days has) ds p.s. i love pokemon, but please don't suggest any. also, please don't suggest any others that are based off of animes if you were going to? (ex. naruto, bleach, and such) thank you to anyone and everyone who answers. ^^

If you are looking for a graphic extreme game, I have to recommend Dragon Age: Orgins. You may want to look it up, but I also think that Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is a good choice, mind you it may not have modern graphics. I can't think of anything other then that off the top of my head,i'm afraid. Good luck!

Of course they are working on it. Console manufacturers start working on a new console within week of launching the one before it. That's just standard practice. The PS3 is not significantly future-proofed, so it won't be Sony's best system for 10 years, like everyone is letting Sony mislead them into thinking. Computing power for the same price doubles every 18 months. So if MS releases a new XBox in 2010, they can make it about 4 times as powerful as the 360 without raising the price from where the 360 launched. You don't think something 4 times as powerful as the 360 would blow the PS3 out of the water?
