Q. Can i add a second psp proccesor/ram into the psp motherboard?
i need help i want to make my psp phat into a faster model

"Nope - you can't really add another processor although the other alternate..."

Nope - you can't really add another processor although the other alternate RAM is slightly modifiable - not many people have been able to do it, but to make it faster all you can do is modify the memory slot of the sony memory stick and then from that you can multiplify the secular portions of the memory, and apply them as random access memories for the super processor and therefore increasing the speed! Good luck - just keep searching around on google/yahoo and you will find it.

This answer closely relates to:
  • Add ram psp
    • What kind of memory and processor does that sony playstation 3 have?
    • How much memory can psp support without the memory stick?
    • How to put save memory on a psp without a memory stick?
  • Ram psp
    • How to put more memory on psp memory stick?
    • How much memory are in psp without memory stick?
    • How much memory does a psp have without a memory stick?

Q. Is there a way to add memory to my psp so that i can view websites that have flash movies, games, etc.?
any time i try to view a site that has alot of flash or is graphic heavy, my psp gives me a warning message and stops the connection. i have it completely updated, i have a 2gig memory stick, and i keep it clean and charged. is there maybe some way to open it up and put better ram in there like a laptop? i don't care about voiding the warranty. am i the first to come into this problem? does anyone else care? i have a wireless router and i use it alot for my two laptops and mine and my sons psp's. i get this message about 1/2 of the time i surf the web with my psp.

"Your problem is that the psp unit does not have enough ram..."

Your problem is that the PSP unit does not have enough RAM to Function correctly on the internet pages you have been on, this problem is fixable assuming you know which type of RAM the PSP unit uses, and that you know you would be voiding the warranty. I also experience this problem, but i do not care because I will not risk opening up my PSP unit to add more hardware; thereby voiding the warranty.

Q. Psp hacked vs ds with r4 and gba slot 2 device?
ok i personally go for ds just cause im a die hard nintendo fan and have better faith in psp official firm ware :p but here are my pros for ds pros: portability, multitude of games, more homebrew devolpers, it turns the ds into a mini psp with rom support small web browser and a pda function with dsorganize. cons: not enough ram, graphics to psp are low, screen size should have increased more, dead pixel problem alot (i have 2 ds both with many deads >,>) and its just cant handle some things that we wish it could psp- slim... and fat i guess >,> pros- slim added double ram for 64 mb original had 32 mb which is awesome, high graphics built in movie support, download iso's, play ps1 games internet radio, flash, and many more cons: limited homebrew, very limited games, not many ppl wish to risk bricking -if they are stupid- ds has over sold it.... many things such as the cam and gps not available here unless u order from japen or else were... game sleeves -to protect the disc- are flimsy i want to see what are your thoughts -not tallying- and who ever has the best arguement will win the vote ;) and any added stuff would be nice i only fooled a little with psp hacking

"Just so you know psp hacking has gotten way safer and much easier nowadays..."

Just so you know PSP Hacking has gotten Way safer and much easier nowadays. In fact Anyone can unbrick a Bricked PSP as long as they have the right tools its not very complicated either. And what do you mean it turns the DS into a Mini PSP? is there an emulator for the DS to play PSP games or something? Because I would like to see that. Just wanted to let you know.

Q. Is my sidekick lx, and my psp games with memorys sticks a good trade?
my friend wants to trade me my sidekick lx with my carrying case, 1gb micro sd memory card, charger, usb cable, psp games, and 2 1gb memory stick pro duos with around $100 bucks added for his hp pavilion zt3000 laptop, basically it has 512 ram, 60 gigs for the hard drive, and 1.7 ghz. is that a good trade or should i say no?

"Personally 512mb of ram is half of what it should be running..."

I wouldn't say so, personally 512mb of ram is half of what it should be running, 1.7ghz is pretty low as well, My laptop is running Dual 3.2 Processors and mine is worth about $650, The laptop listed is worth maybe $150 and that's pushing it
