bit rates depend upon the number of frames per second.and the HD size. that gives about 720p = 19 Mbps = 8Gb per hour 1080i = 25 Mbps = 11 Gb per hour. So a 16 Gb memory card would hold about 1-2 hours of video.

If You want to put pictures from your sd card onto your flipnotes,you have to first save them to the dsi camera thingy then when you go onto flipnote tap "Create" and then tap the little camera.. look for the picture you want to put on the slide and then just hit the thing that lets you copy it onto the page!!!!! WELL the hd videos are very high quality videos and they consume a lot of space on the storage memory whether its a hard drive of the computer or the sd memory cards. so the 16gb sd card can barely hold about the 80 minutes of the hd video.
