u can play normal ds games on the dsi but dsi only games can be bought through the online dsi shop when it is released it will cost points just like on the wii shop channel they will be games like wiiware just use the dsi's ne features like camera and memory card hope this helps

There is no such thing as a DSi game. They're all DS games. They can be played on the DS, DS Lite, and DSi without 1 exception. Any games that uses the GBA slot (Guitar Hero) cannot be played on the DSi. DSiWare games can only be played on the DSi, but only the DSi can access DSiWare/
