I find that kind of information onder my computer icon / properties there you can see how many processors / cpus your computer has. I can`t remember about device manager other choice is using control panel where you can actually see all information about your computer and information what is in your computer. Garmin is excellent in gps and maps whereas tom tom has not good gps or maps but a very good software. Overall tom tom is much better.
