what CFW are you running. Most newer CFW's will create folders if you format the memory stick(but that will erase everything on it). so your memory stick should look like this in the root folder you should see 3 folders: MP_ROOT PSP ISO PSP is the folder for all the other folders like picture and game and what not. you would need to put you ISO and CSO files in the ISO folder.
