dial his phone number including area code. if you want to receive a call, you have to pay more for a phone number. to dial i think you get one free call. i tested it out about a year ago and called my ex's phone... would've been funnier if i had a mic so i could say something lol.

Or you can do it like I do it...just drag and drop the brush in psp9 then hit the Paint brush tool (or press B) and then click on the little drop down menu box and in there click on Create brush tip from selection. Give your brush a name and hit OK. Now it's in there for you to select and use.

Q. Do you need internet to make a skype call on a psp? i have the psp 2000 and saw that you can get skype for it. can you make skype calls anywhere or do you need to be near an internet router? if you can tell me, do i need a headset to talk to the person i'm calling or can i just use the speakers?
i got skype on my psp too but you need to be near an internet router and you dont have to use headset when you calling

How much would it cost to call ppls cell phones with psp go on skype? i want to use psp go as a cell phone. i am constantly at hot spots with wifi access. i dont want tp pay for a cell phone plan or prepaid because its costly. is skype a cheap service to make local calls to cell phones or landlines. how much would it cost per minute.
